“I was trying to buy a new unlocked phone to replace a very old phone that wouldn’t update. My husband and I visited several stores with no luck. Either the service rep wasn’t in to convert a new phone to our current carrier, or the phone I wanted wasn’t in stock.

The fourth day, we traveled 35 miles to a Best Buy that had a phone, but the service rep was almost done with his shift. This kind young man listened patiently while I relayed our search woes, then offered to stay long enough to transfer our service and data to the new phone. Bless him!”

When a total stranger stays late at work to help you out, you know they care. Talk about great customer service! 👏
