A little girl recently forgot her teddy bear at a hotel, but thanks to the sweet hotel staff’s response, it might just end up being one of her favorite childhood memories!

Instead of simply mailing the teddy bear home, Reddit user LunaSerenade and her coworkers decided to have fun with it, snapping photos of the toy around various spots enjoying his own little “vacation.”

“We made sure Auggie had an amazing adventure before being sent back home,” she wrote.

They even included a sweet “thank you” note to the girl filled with pictures of Auggie’s adventures when they sent him home.

”The whole staff got super excited to do this. We needed something fun after the hurricane hit,” LunaSerenade added.

What a wholesome way to turn a child’s heartache into a fun story! Sounds like it was a blast for everyone involved.
