“I was at a car service center. When I went to pay, the APP for the car said I had a $50.00 credit to use for payment. I tried to open the rest of the APP to redeem the money. A username, password was needed. I forgot all of those passwords. I tried to reset. Codes were sent. The internet was slow. Frustration was taking over.

A patient cashier asked if he could help. I gladly handed over my phone. Within minutes, I had my redemption proof, and he took the $50.00 off my bill. I thanked him profusely. He said to me, ‘it was an honor to help you.’ Wow! An ‘honor.’ I then asked him his name and he said his name was ‘Blessing.’”

Blessing, indeed. 👏 A big shoutout to all customer service workers who help people every day!
