“I (F43) can’t thank this unknown lady for her kindness in a public washroom. I was overwhelmed about something going on back in my hometown and was crying when I took my little one for her bathroom break.

I didn’t know there was anyone in there until she came to wash her hands.

She must have seen me in the mirror and asked, “are you okay?” I nodded and turned the other way, pretending to fix my little one’s hair.

She said, “everything will be alright.” I said sorry. She again said, “Is it okay if I give you a hug?” God knows, I needed that hug and cried into her arms for almost a minute, and she hugged me like my mom and left saying take care!! I felt better right away.

She was like a godsend for me. I wish her all the love, laughter, health and happiness. Thank you once again!!

My little one commented, ‘I like this people. Kind people :-).’ I am happy that she could interpret this as kindness in her little mind.”
