“As we all know, the elevator is down, potentially for the next few weeks,” the note, written by someone named Justin, reads. “This could present difficulties getting up and down the stairs for some of our fellow tenants, especially any who live on the upper floors. If you know anyone who needs help for the next couple of weeks, let me know (getting groceries and other supplies, taking out garbage, etc).”
