“I went to a show by myself and afterwards there was an announcement on the subway that the train station I needed to get home was closed due to a water leak. They added buses but they were full so I went back to the subway. The announcement said to take another subway a few stops to another station.

I must have had a panicked look on my face because a young man asked me where I needed to go. He said he was meeting friends nearby and to follow him. He directed me to the train station and I made it home. I will never forget that stranger's kindness!”
