Today’s story of kindness was submitted by InspireMore reader Glenna L.:

“Fairly often I try to remember what direction my car is facing (east or west) in the parking lot. So today when I came out of a Walmart, I headed to an aisle looking for my white 4-door sedan Lexus. No, it wasn’t there. In the hot sun, I kept looking and became so very embarrassed being a senior citizen. I mistakenly thought my husband who was about 3 hours away could help! But when I called him, I realized all he could do was pray. I thanked him and hung up.

A few minutes later, lo and behold, a guy stopped by to ask if I was having trouble finding my car. Of course, I admitted my problem. After giving him enough details, he said he’d drive around and look for it!!!!! He came back in a few and said it’s not in that section, but he’d roam around in the middle section. Of course, I thanked him. I walked a few more yards and there it was!!!! Obviously, I had forgotten to recall the aisle number. A stranger’s act of kindness was much appreciated.“

All it took was a few minutes out of this man’s day to make another’s. We love it!
