“I live in Colorado and almost 2 weeks ago many of us needed to suddenly evacuate from our home. Some of us had friends or family to go to - and many of us had nowhere to go. Caring people opened their doors to take us in.

Some of those people knew the people they were taking in - but some of us were taken in by total strangers who stepped up to help us out. The angels who took me in did not know me in advance, but they took me in - gave me a room, food, thoughtfulness of all kinds - they are innately kind and caring and very quickly became dear friends. They will never be forgotten and always be appreciated, and always be friends forever.”
